Relocation and removal of equipment in the factory

Salary

Monthly: ¥240,000 ～ (includes deemed overtime pay) (based on ability and skill)

Work Hours

8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (8 hours of work, 1-hour break)

Annual working hours: 1,960 hours

Holidays

According to company calendar
Days off: Weekends

(2 days off per week, long holidays)

Annual holidays: 120 days

Paid Time Off

10 to 20 days
Granted collectively on April 1
Granted after the probation period (3 months)

The number of days granted in the first year is based on the month of joining.

Special Notes

In principle, work will be at the client's location (Kanagawa area, Kanto region).
Long-term business trips (up to 3 months, within the Kanto area)
As our clients schedule will concentrate on the weekends and holidays. Substitute days off will be distributed over the off-season.
